Dire times

Dire Times is graphic novel combined with a guide book. You follow the main character through an apocalyptic world and see how she deals with the problems she encounters.

In this world you can see what happens when world problems like bioterrorism, global warming or pollution get out of hand. In this futuristic world, only a small liveable area remains. In there, cities were built in which people can live in luxury. This while the people in the problematic areas struggle to survive. While the problems accumulate the remaining survivors who live outside the city start a revolution. When they breach the wall, the situation untenable and the city goes down. The story follows some characters as they flee out of the city. The protagonists faces certain problems for which she finds a solution. However, these solutions can also be used in our everyday lives and don’t only apply in a post-apocalyptic setting.
